The company was founded as an individual by Panayiotis Papastamatakis in 1968 for the purpose of marketing citrus fruit and its headquarters in Chania, Crete. It was dynamically developed and in 1986 it was transformed into a Societe Anonyme.

In 1987 he developed privately-owned facilities in Thessaloniki and in 1995 he was dynamically involved in the maturing of bananas. For the supply of banana it cooperates with the companies Dole and Chiquita, it also has exclusive disposal of Del Monte bananas as well as the Cyprus Banana Producers Cooperative.

Throughout its course, the company has collaborated with and cooperates with wholesalers and Super Markets.
